House Rules
Prices and Taxes:
All prices displayed are in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) and do not include the 11% local tax.
Payments and Terms at Check-In and Check-Out:
At check-in, the full payment of the room reservation must be made. For any additional services, a credit card will be required as a guarantee. Check-in time is from 15:00, and check-out is by 12:00. Guests may leave their luggage at the hotel after check-out, and a courtesy bathroom is available for guests to freshen up.
Accommodation:
Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. No extra beds are available. The complex has villas with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. If more beds are needed, guests must book a larger villa. The 2- and 3-bedroom villas feature a room that can have a double bed or two single beds.
Accessibility or Special Needs:
The complex does not offer any facilities for special needs. The villas are not adapted for guests with disabilities.
Parking:
Free parking is available for all guests.
Events at the Hotel:
Events are not allowed unless the entire complex is booked. To request permission for such an event, guests must contact the hotel directly before making the reservation.
Resolution of Errors or Complaints:
Any errors or complaints must be reported to reception as soon as possible. The issue will be resolved within 24 hours, and an agreement will be reached with the guest.
Use of Personal Information:
The complex is committed to protecting the privacy and security of guest information. Upon making a reservation, we collect necessary information, such as name, email address, credit card details, and accommodation preferences. This information is used solely to process the reservation, enhance the guest experience, and offer additional services. We will not share or sell personal information to third parties without explicit consent, except when required to fulfill legal obligations or process payments. Guests can contact reception or email us to review, modify, or delete their personal information.
Responsibilities:
The hotel is not responsible for personal belongings within the villas. Guests are provided with a safe in each room to store their valuables. If items are not stored in the safe, the hotel will not be responsible. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a natural environment, so animals like monkeys may enter the villas.
Force Majeure Events:
The complex has liability insurance for the hotel. In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances, the hotel will assist guests as much as possible.
Exonerations:
The hotel is not responsible for any personal belongings left outside the safes in the villas. Guests are advised to use the provided safes for their personal items. Additionally, as the complex is located in a natural setting, wild animals such as monkeys may enter the villas.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed on the property.
